Patient was in pain today. Therapy did not work well. Yet patient doesn't want to help herself to live longer because she doesn't want to add on pain and trouble to the rest. Neither am I sure if telling someone your pain would ease yours yet making the other suffer. That's the best part - tell the truth also cannot, lie also cannot. WHAT TO DO!!!! Then you just want to shout FUCK LA!!!
