Some stupid guy is trying to lodge a complaint when it is obviously not our fault that his team came for the wrong race thus being disqualified for the race he is supposed to be in since he came late for 4 hours. When the argument is made clear that it is definitely not our fault that he came for the wrong race, all he could reply was "such a letdown.. disappointed". Like hello? WHAT THE HELL? Please do not make it sound as though it is our fault by saying that.

You guys just do not understand how hard it is to accommodate to all participants, and it is really impossible to do so. I do see from the participants point of view that it is unreasonable of us to not give you your goodie bag since you paid for it though you are disqualified for whatsoever reason. But please do put yourselves in our shoes as well. Whichever action we take have to be fair to all participants, regardless of whether they are disqualified or not, presented or not, or whatsoever.

Please take note that those who got disqualified, it is definitely not our fault that you came late, did not bring your indemnity forms or whatsoever because we have made our instructions clear to all. If i can stay up late just to key in your address one by one and email you guys the forms and the time and instructions, why can't you all play your part too? The worst part is that you guys still can come and complain and pin the blames on us!

Out of say 225 teams, i can safely say that only less than 7 teams were disqualified due to whatsoever reason. For the 436 of you, congratulations that you managed to finish up your race whether you came in first or last and receive your goodie bags upon completion. As for those 14 who got disqualified, did you think it is fair for me to give you the goodie bags when you did not run, whereas the 436 other people had to struggle under the hot sun to finish up the race in order to receive their bags?

They paid, they bothered to confirm whichever race they are in, brought whatever necessary and came on time for their race, followed our Rules and Regulations. What about you? $18 is not a very big deal, really. Not to say those who paid $15, or even $10.

And you know what, the guy who complained paid only $10 during our promotion period. Yet he is complaining so much. like what the hell?

Out of the 7 disqualified teams, probably only 1 or 2 is giving me trouble. Pissing me off, seriously. However looking on the brighter side, the other 436 of them should be happy (: BUT even if they are not happy due to whatsoever reasons like the goodie bags not attractive enough, some got shoe bags some did not, some got water bottles some did not, I'm sorry but i can't help it that we do not have enough of those goodies. Like i said, $18 is not very big, we don't have enough money to make all of you happy with your goodie bags. Oh well, moral of the story is "do not giam free stuff".
