1 banana split (cause its the most expensive desert there. but its not worth getting la. its like one banana splited into 2, and 3 scoops of ice cream and one cherry on top. WAH LAO)
1 mega shake (again, because its the more expensive drink there)
1 bottled drink (so we can bring home. and its one of the most expensive bottled drink)

jogged barefooted on track. how silly.
which caused blisters on our sole. and we cudnt walk properly
during trng, i cudnt run. so i gymed instead. hell loads of gyming today. before and during trng. oh boyy, i hope i got stronger @! ((:
